About SeenStill

Still there? Still seen.

See what's really going on in Long Beach.

Every pothole, dumped mattress and broken streetlight reported to the city goes into Go Long Beach, and then mostly out of sight. SeenStill puts every open request on one public map and shows how long each has been waiting. Many have been waiting for years. Some were fixed long ago and never closed. Others were marked closed and are still there.

Neighbors fill in what the city's records don't show. Walk by, tap Still there or It's fixed, and your answer appears next to the city's status for everyone to see. Post something new in under a minute so neighbors can find it. When something sits too long, SeenStill drafts an email to your council office with the ticket number, the days it's been open and how many neighbors have confirmed it, and you send it yourself. It's free and independent of the city, nothing here changes the city's records, and you can post anonymously.

Where the city data comes from

City ticket data: City of Long Beach Service Requests Submitted Through Go Long Beach APP, from the City of Long Beach Open Data Portal, licensed CC BY 4.0. It is refreshed nightly. We have modified it: ages are calculated from the creation date, categories are regrouped, and resident reports and answers are added. The city's status may not reflect conditions on the ground.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Everything on the map is also available in the list below it, and report locations can be set without dragging. If something doesn't work for you, please tell us at [contact email].

Privacy

Your phone number is used only to sign in and send follow-ups about your reports, and is never shown or sold. Anonymous reports hide your name from other users, but we keep the link to your account and may be required to disclose it by law. Faces and license plates in photos are blurred before they're published.

Rules

Report conditions and places, not people. Posts that target, name or identify individuals are removed. Use "Report this" on any report that breaks these rules.
